Lord, I pray for your mercy and grace to rest upon the peoples of Southeast Asia and Africa that have been ravaged by the tsunamis. I pray that You speed the aid workers, bring food and water to the right places, and that You’d help those who mourn now over lost loved ones. Comfort, heal, bring rest to the weary, and restore brokenness.
I pray that Your light would pierce the darkness, that people would cry out and cling to Jesus. I don’t know how the world works, but I know You are the sovereign Lord, Creator of the Universe, and I pray that Your peace would reign over this earth. Amen.
