It wasn’t that bad was it? Ted loved it. I was expecting Remember the Titans, but it was way more artsy. It was a bit dizzying actually with the camera work. I thought it was ok. It made me glad I didn’t grow up in Texas.
I thought the characters were poorly developed, and there was always a strange feeling of forced drama throughout. We emerged wishing we had spent our two hours doing something else. The back of the box says a “stand up and cheer” movie, but I certainly didn’t feel that way. And yes, it does make me think I’m glad I grew up outside of the big star state…
