Playing around with a new tool I’m able to borrow for an extended time, the Nikon D70. Great camera, still learning stuff about RAW processing and all that. I’m also trying to post more pics here, to keep myself in practice. This shot was taken yesterday over by the lake at Shoreline Park in Mountain View. Feel free to comment!

Hm…not quite sure what the focal point is. The flowers in focus in the foreground seem to be it, but it’s not entirely clear. – H
True, there is some difficulty for the eye to hone in on any one object. I think some of it may be this field of flowers with no distinct background. Usually when I’ve seen flower fields done, there’s some majestic mountain in the back or something. Wellp, just tryin’ somethin’ new. And, does H = heeday? Or someone else?
